
The redevelopment of this historic Catholic Convent into adult lifestyle condominiums required the resolution of several circulation and parking issues.
As with many infill developments, the client and the city needed to ensure that adequate facilities could be developed while not negatively affecting the character of the building and adjoining neighbourhood.
Several alternatives were developed and explored before the final landscape plan was used as part of a marketing package to communicate the potential of this remarkable historic site to potential home buyers.
