With the high cost of commercial development and the increasing number of legislative and political obstacles to seeing projects make it through to completion, the ability to communicate the vision of your project to interested or concerned groups can be critical.

The developers of this urban infill project in Kitchener Ontario had to communicate the impact that the project would have on the urban form and the appearance of the proposed streetscape.

Detailed landscape plans and street level simulations portrayed the vision of the completed 'GSP Group' landscape project. Working closely with the architects who provided the building perspective we produced a photo realistic experience of the completed development to help communicate our vision to neighbours and city counsellors.
